What is a dedicated IP address?

A dedicated IP address is your own private unique identifier used to send your emails. It can be compared to the return address of a postal item. Some recipients will take a look at this address to decide if they accept your emails or not.

A dedicated IP address has never been used before, and therefore do not run the risk of being blacklisted by any of the internet service providers. A dedicated IP address guarantees that your email delivery will not interfer with other users and it will give you a slightly higher delivery rate.

This option is recommended for all users who send more than 10,000 e-mails per month.
