How can I change the sending address of my account?

This is currently only possible for registered users of "Free Edition" and "Professional Edition"/"Enterprise Edition".

If your "Free Edition" account is not registered, please register now.

Please contact support and include the following pieces of information in your request:

  • Your old SendEmails username
  • Your new sending address
  • Your order number (can be found in the order confirmation mail, Subject "SendEmails Order approved")
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a short time with a new username and password.
